Onsite "At the door" Guest Registration (without advance online registration) price is $30. In the event of a no show or cancellation, the Guest Registration fee is applied to the next chapter program. Failure to attend results in forfeiture of funds. Members & Colleagues are able to attend chapter programs for free or at Member/Colleague pricing for extended programs. Additionally, Members & Colleagues have access to online members only resources.
Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be provided. In the event that a guest needs to cancel, the guest fee will be applied to the following month’s program.

A Thematic Approach to Reflecting on 2018 & Planning Your Journey into 2019

As successful business owners and entrepreneurs, we are all used to creating goals and to-do lists and mapping out our business plans. We are comfortable talking about deliverables, financial budgets, personnel and launches.

But, do you ever give yourself the chance to step back and ask yourself, “Why am I doing this?”


As preparation for your year-end planning cycle (whatever that is for you), Tamsin will lead you through an engaging workshop to help you take a step back and reflect on why you’re here.


In this program you will:

  • Learn how to activate your emotional brain (rather than action-oriented brain) 
  • Reflect on 2018 - vital for creating success
  • Dive deeply into the 4 Key Aims
  • Come away with a clear understanding of what drives you, which you can use to structure your life and business
  • Learn an approach you can use with coaching clients to help them expand their own thinking.


About The Facilitator: 


Tamsin Astor, PhD is your Chief Habit Scientist
. She helps overwhelmed people organize themselves so they have time for what they want and need and time for fun. We make about 35,000 decisions every day. Tamsin helps her clients create connections between their daily habits, thus reducing the decisions which yields more time and energy for the good stuff!! 


Tamsin has a unique approach to coaching, speaking and writing - blending her western trainings (PhD Cognitive Neuroscience, Executive Coach) with her eastern trainings (Advanced Registered Yoga Teacher, Ayurveda Certified, Yoga Health Coach, Buddhism). Tamsin is the author of 2 books (with 2 more in the pipeline). She lives in Cleveland Heights with her rescue dog and three kids (14, 12 & 8 years old) and loves her vegan diet, live music and travel
